Learn Love Fly
We help and support our children to develop a range of social skills that they can use in a variety of situations. From Year R visiting a local café, to Year 3 writing to the Minister for Education, to Year 6 organising key events in school. These and many other activities develop skills which will help children to grow into useful citizens who can contribute positively to life in modern Britain.
Our Year 6 pupils take on extra responsibilities in and around school. We have a dedicated Head Boy and Head Girl and 12 Prefects. These children are outstanding role models for others and provide a good example of how you can support the school community.
Through pupil voice all pupils are given the opportunity to engage with the fundamental British value of democracy, mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs. A group of children who recently wrote the St. John’s Charter ensured that this tolerance of others and spirit of co-operation is central to how we all behave in school.
